• Term: 6–12 months (interest-only)

• Max LTV: Up to 75%, subject to location and use

• Underwriting: Based on equity, exit strategy, and file logic, not credit score

We can issue terms within 24–48 hours, and fund most deals in under a week, subject to standard due diligence.
