We work exclusively through licensed mortgage intermediaries and do not offer financing directly to the public. Our role complements the services of mortgage brokers and other professionals by delivering flexible capital solutions, particularly in cases where traditional lending channels may not apply.

In addition to direct lending, Assadi Private Capital provide training and consulting services to industry participants, including brokers, lawyers, insolvency trustees and aspiring private lenders.
